Papa Graun V - Koim

The inspiration for this piece is my Bubu or Grandfather, Koim. I always wanted to be like him—he was a true man of honor with a heart of pure gold! Every time I went back to the village, he’d cross rivers just to see me, no matter the time of day. He taught me patience, gentleness, kindness, and how to always do the right thing. He showed me how to lead, love others, and have faith. He was the perfect example of a true Tambul Nebilyer man, and I can only hope to be half the man he was!
